Birmingham-based startup Assemble You has secured £1 million in funding to develop its podcast-style audio learning platform. The West Midlands Co-Investment Fund and Ufi Ventures provided the funding, which will enable Assemble You to expand its content creation, sales and marketing efforts, and translate its content into German, French, and Spanish. The platform aims to address low engagement in traditional workplace training and provide a flexible and accessible alternative focused on soft skills, leadership development, and inclusion.
