Ecuador's Ministry of Telecomunicaciones announced that Millicom will invest $450 million over the next four years to expand its telecommunications infrastructure and modernize services. The investment will renew the country's mobile network, improving service quality and user experience. The funds are in addition to those agreed upon as part of the November 2025 spectrum radioelectrico negotiation.
