ECD Automotive Design, a leading luxury vehicle restoration company, has announced its entry into the Porsche 911 market through its Boutique Division. The debut vehicle, Project Gravette, is a fully bespoke Porsche 993 restored through a one-of-one luxury design experience. ECD views the Porsche 911 as a lucrative market and aims to offer clients a faster build time compared to incumbent providers. The move builds on the success of ECD's Mustang program and aims to further elevate the company's average selling price.

ECD Automotive Design, which is publicly traded under the ticker ECDA, is known for its high-end restorations of classic vehicles such as Land Rover Defenders, Range Rovers, Jaguar E-Types, Ford Mustangs, and Toyota FJs. The company has historically produced fully bespoke vehicles, each designed by the client through an immersive luxury design experience and hand-built by master-certified craftsmen. The company's entry into the Porsche 911 market is a strategic move to tap into the growing demand for high-end restomod vehicles.

"The launch of Project Gravette marks another milestone in ECD's journey to redefine the restomod industry," said Scott Wallace, CEO and Co-Founder of ECD. "Vintage 911s are among the most iconic and desired models for collectors and enthusiasts, and a perfect fit for ECD's best-in-class Boutique production focused on low volume, high touch vehicles that command premium prices."

ECD expects the Porsche 911 restomod market to raise average selling prices, improve factory efficiencies, and expand its collector customer base. The company's success in the Mustang program, which was launched earlier this year and has already secured multiple commissions and national recognition, suggests that ECD is well-positioned to succeed in the Porsche 911 market.

ECD's global headquarters, known as the "Rover Dome," is a 100,000-square-foot facility located in Kissimmee, Florida, that is home to 102 staff with 67 talented craftsmen and technicians. The company's affiliated logistics center in the U.K. sources and transports 25-year-old work vehicles back to the U.S. for restoration.
