ECARX will subscribe for 16.8 million newly issued ordinary shares of Lotus Tech at $1.37 per share, subject to customary closing conditions. The investment is expected to close within 30 days. The strategic investment aims to broaden the collaborative framework between the two companies and deepen their existing relationship.
