Key features such as bulk ending, relisting, managing unsold and draft listings, and the "Sell Similar" option are not functioning properly. Sellers have reported that options for bulk relisting and deleting unsold listings are greyed out, making it impossible to manage their inventory efficiently. This issue appears to be global, affecting sellers in various regions, including the UK.
eBay has been making changes to the Seller Hub recently, which may be related to these glitches. Sellers are encouraged to report these technical issues through the help center to expedite the resolution process. This is not the first time
has faced such technical problems; similar issues were reported in 2023 and 2019, highlighting a recurring problem that has plagued the platform for years.In response to these ongoing technical issues, eBay has announced executive changes, including the stepping down of Chief Financial Officer Steve Priest and Chief Product Officer Eddie Garcia. These changes come as part of an effort to address the persistent technical misexecution that has impacted both buyers and sellers on the platform. The company's Chief Technology Officer, Mazen Rawashdeh, has been given more control and responsibility in an attempt to resolve these issues.
