Ms. LeMay joins Eastern Bank from M&T Bank, where she served as Senior Vice President, Treasury Capital Markets Trading Manager. She advised commercial clients on the use of derivative products to manage interest rate risk and played a key role in the transition from LIBOR to SOFR. Before M&T Bank, she built and led the Interest Rate Derivatives program at People’s United Bank, growing it into a key revenue driver.
