Dynagas LNG Partners LP reported a net income of $61.6 million and adjusted net income of $57.1 million for the twelve months ended December 31, 2025. For the quarter, net income was $15.7 million and adjusted net income was $14.1 million. The partnership declared and paid a cash distribution of $0.5625 per unit on its Series A Preferred Units and a quarterly cash distribution of $0.050 per common unit. Additionally, it repurchased 148,933 common units for a total amount of $0.5 million under its common unit repurchase program.
