BROS--
Dutch Bros Coffee is acquiring Clutch Coffee Bar, a drive-thru coffee chain with 20 locations. All Clutch locations will close on January 16 and reopen as Dutch Bros locations after renovation. The deal comes with some risk, as customers may be loyal to the Clutch brand and not transfer their loyalty to Dutch Bros. Dutch Bros plans to expand across the country, with a long-term goal of 2,029 shops by 2029.
