The restaurant's menu includes dishes like "dinosaur tartare" recreated using DNA mapping and served on a pulsating plate. The restaurant's Turkish co-founder hopes Aiman will become the next Gordon Ramsay, but a Michelin-starred chef believes cooking requires a personal touch, or "nafas," that AI cannot replicate.
