Driven Brands Holdings reported Q2 2025 revenue of $551.0 million, a 6.2% increase YoY. System-wide sales grew 3.1% to $1.6 billion, driven by a 1.7% same-store sales increase and 3.9% increase in store count. Net income from continuing operations was $11.8 million, down from $37.2 million in the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA was $143.2 million, a decrease of $0.2 million YoY. The company achieved pro forma net leverage of 3.9x following the sale of the U.S. car wash seller note in July.
