DraftKing(DKNG.US) sold VSiN to Musberger Media for an undisclosed amount. The sports betting giant acquired VSiN in 2021.

The founding team members of VSiN, Brian Musburger and Bill Adee, will lead the multi-platform broadcast and content company forward. VSiN will continue to provide news, analysis and insights to bettors through its sports betting network.

"DraftKings will continue to optimize its investments in content and media to align with the key areas and needs of our business strategy, goals and objectives," said DraftKings Chief Marketing Officer Stephanie Sherman.

In addition to its live, linear broadcast, VSiN's original content can be accessed through multiple video and audio channels, including YouTube TV, Sportsnet Rogers, NESN, AT&T Pittsburgh, Marquee Sports Network, iHeartRadio and TuneIn, as well as over 300 terrestrial radio stations and growing podcast.
