Donald Trump finally welcomes his inauguration as the 47th President of the United States of America on Monday, January 20. This time, the attendance will be remarkable, with the richest people in the world, CEOs of tech giants, celebrities, and even foreign senior officials in attendance.

Trump often makes grand promises and attacks political opponents and other countries in his speeches, and this inauguration speech is likely to be no exception.

In 2017, when he first took office, Trump delivered a 16-minute inaugural speech. He painted a bleak picture of the country, blaming other nations for shuttering factories and shrinking the middle class. Trump famously said he would end American carnage and would govern with an America First approach after being sworn in as the 45th US President.

This time, his speech is likely to focus on his major campaign promises: launch the largest illegal immigration deportation operation in history and to secure the US-Mexico border. Additionally, issues such as tax cuts for American businesses and higher tariffs on overseas imports are likely to be mentioned.

Trump has said the theme of his inauguration speech will be "unity and strength, and also the word 'fairness.'"

"Because you have to be treating people fairly. You can't just say, 'Oh, everything's going to be wonderful.' You know, we went through hell for four years with these people. And so, you know, something has to be done about it. ... You can't have that happen, and we shouldn't have that happen."

Who Will Attend the Ceremony?

It is reported that the Capitol Rotunda, where the inauguration will be held, can only accommodate around 600 people. Traditionally, Supreme Court justices, military leaders, former presidents and their spouses, and cabinet nominees will attend. Additionally, 535 members of Congress traditionally attend and occupy most of the seats. However, for this ceremony, some Democratic lawmakers have already decided not to attend.

Billionaire Elon Musk has been invited and will attend the meeting, and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman will also be attending the meeting at the invitation.

Additionally, eight-time Grammy-winning country music star Carrie Underwood will perform the famous patriotic song America the Beautiful before Trump takes the oath of office.

Another surprise is that the American disco group Village People will also make an appearance. This band, founded in 1977, released the hit song Y.M.C.A., which is a classic hit often played at Trump's campaign rallies.

Other performers include Trump's two favorite musicians: opera singer Christopher Macchio, who will sing The Star-Spangled Banner, and country singer Lee Greenwood, known for his patriotic song God Bless the USA.

In this inauguration, Trump also broke with tradition by inviting leaders from around the world. It has never before happened that foreign heads of state were formally invited to a U.S. presidential inauguration.

Argentine President Javier Milei and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni have already accepted Trump's invitation. The offices of Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa and Paraguayan President Santiago Peña have also stated that they received invitations and plan to attend.

A spokesperson for China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs recently announced that, at the invitation of the United States, Vice President Han Zheng, the special representative of President Xi, will attend Trump's presidential inauguration.
