Delhi's air quality slightly improved on Tuesday, with an average Air Quality Index (AQI) of 377, placing it in the 'ery poor' category. Out of 39 monitoring stations, 10 remained in the 'evere' range, while 27 recorded 'ery poor' levels. The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) held its first meeting on Monday to address air pollution from vehicular emissions, with actionable recommendations expected in future sessions. Schools have been directed to shift to online classes for students up to grade five until further notice.
