CleanCore Solutions, a Nebraska-based cleaning products firm, announced the creation of a Dogecoin treasury led by Elon Musk’s attorney, Alex Spiro. The $175,000,420 private placement is backed by the Dogecoin Foundation and the House of Doge. The company aims to use the proceeds to acquire DOGE and contribute it to its treasury operations. The move, however, has been met with mixed reactions. CleanCore’s stock dropped 52.9% following the announcement, though it remains up 152.2% year-to-date.
