DLF Ltd has sold 1,164 luxury apartments for approximately Rs 11,000 crore within a week of launching its new project, DLF Privana North, in Gurugram. The project, which spans 17.7 acres, comprises 1,152 flats and 12 penthouses. This strong sales response underscores the sustained demand for DLF's luxury offerings, following the success of its previous projects [1].
DLF Privana North is part of the expansive 116-acre integrated township, DLF Privana, located in Sectors 76 and 77, Gurugram. The project features six premium towers, each rising to stilt+50 storeys, making them the tallest residential structures developed by DLF to date [2].
The project's floor plans for 4 BHK apartments measure approximately 207 square meters (2,236 square feet), while penthouses extend up to 450 square meters (4,847 square feet). Each apartment comes with three car parking slots, while penthouses offer four. The master bedrooms in Privana North are approximately 33% larger than previous offerings within the ecosystem [2].
The realty major has seen a surge in luxury demand, driven by strong bookings and strategic planning. DLF reported record sales bookings of Rs 21,223 crore in 2024-25, an increase of 44% from the preceding financial year. To achieve its target of Rs 20,000-22,000 crore for the current fiscal, DLF plans to launch housing properties worth more than Rs 17,000 crore this fiscal year [1].
The success of DLF Privana North is a testament to the company's ability to capitalize on the booming luxury market in Gurugram. The project's prime positioning along crucial infrastructure nodes like the Dwarka Expressway and SPR has further fueled its appeal. DLF's momentum extends beyond luxury, with recent launches totaling 7.5 million square feet, generating Rs 40,600 crore in revenue potential and securing Rs 19,344 crore in sales last year [3].
