The Delhi High Court has directed Dr Reddy's Laboratories to clear its unsold stock of semaglutide drug, marketed as Olymviq, within 30 days. After this period, any remaining stock will be supplied to government hospitals in the presence of a Novo Nordisk representative. The court allowed Dr Reddy's to liquidate its existing inventory in the open market for 30 days, after which the company will discontinue the Olymviq mark and adopt a new brand name, Olymra.
