On June 2, 2025, Danaher's trading volume reached $572 million, a 53.73% decrease from the previous day, ranking 144th in the day's stock market. Danaher's stock price fell by 0.35%, marking the second consecutive day of decline, with a total decrease of 0.65% over the past two days.

Danaher's subsidiary, SCIEX, has expanded its access to standardized proteomics workflows through a new reseller agreement with Evosep. This collaboration aims to provide a robust LC-MS solution tailored to meet the evolving needs of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The agreement empowers researchers to implement standardized proteomics workflows, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of their analytical processes.

SCIEX, a global leader in life science analytical technologies and a subsidiary of Danaher Corporation, has launched the ZenoTOF 8600 system at ASMS 2025. This new system sets a new standard in accurate mass quantitation, offering superior identification and quantitation capabilities. The ZenoTOF 8600 system features several innovations, including the OptiFlow Pro source, DJet ion guide, and QJet ion guide, which enhance ion generation and transmission. Additionally, the system incorporates Mass Guard technology to protect against contamination and increase uptime, as well as a new optical detector for effective operation at higher ion currents. The ZT Scan DIA 2.0 technology covers a larger mass range, enabling scientists to quantify previously challenging species across all omics disciplines.

Dr. Nicola Zamboni, a principal investigator and adjunct professor at the Institute of Molecular Systems Biology of ETH Zurich, highlighted the system's capabilities, noting that it allows for the identification of more species with greater sensitivity and accuracy. The ZenoTOF 8600 system's enhanced capabilities are supported by the new SCIEX OS software version 4.0, which improves operability with speed and automation. This software collaboration includes MS-Dial, an open-source platform for untargeted metabolomics and lipidomics analysis, enhancing the identification and quantification of small molecules. Additionally, SCIEX and Bioinformatics Solutions Inc. have continued to drive innovation in mass spectrometry-based proteomics solutions, with the latest release of PEAKS Studio 13 translating data from various scan modes to deliver expansive peptide identification and reliable protein inference.

Danaher Corporation has also announced a collaboration with AstraZeneca to develop innovative diagnostic tools. This partnership is expected to add momentum to Danaher's ongoing efforts in the life sciences and diagnostics sectors, potentially driving further advancements in human health and wellness.
