Wedbush Securities' Dan Ives has refreshed his influential "AI 30" list, adding CrowdStrike (CRWD), Roblox (RBLX), GE Vernova (GEV), and Nebius (NBIS) while removing CyberArk (CYBR), C3.ai (AI), Adobe (ADBE), and Elastic (ESTC). Ives believes these companies will be pivotal in shaping the future of artificial intelligence (AI).

Among the new additions, Roblox (RBLX) and Nebius (NBIS) are rated "Strong Buy" by analysts. Roblox is expected to offer a 22% upside, while Nebius is forecasted for a modest 3% upside [3].

CrowdStrike (CRWD) is well-positioned to benefit from the AI revolution as it expands its offerings with additional modules. The company's data protection products and Charlotte AI are witnessing strong adoption. Roblox (RBLX) is providing its developers with a compelling set of incentives, boosting platform adoption and monetization. GE Vernova (GEV) continues to capitalize on elevated demand for electrification with the continued buildout of data centers across hyperscalers, providing necessary tools for grid management. Nebius (NBIS) is seeing strong demand for its AI infrastructure business, looking to boost its data center capacity [3].

The removal of Adobe (ADBE) is attributed to slower AI integration than expected, which has led to slower growth and potential impacts on free cash flow. CyberArk (CYBR) is being scooped up by Palo Alto Networks, a move deemed a "home-run M&A deal" by Wedbush. C3.ai (AI) was removed due to a messy sales reorganization and CEO Thomas Siebel’s resignation, raising questions about near-term performance. Elastic (ESTC) was also removed, despite strong federal contracts, due to other tech names pulling ahead [1].

These updates reflect the dynamic nature of the AI sector, where companies must continually adapt to emerging trends and technologies. The AI 30 list serves as a snapshot of the industry's future, highlighting companies poised for significant growth and influence.
