Cycurion Raises $6mln in Equity and Warrant Sale at $3.62/sh.

Cycurion has entered into a securities purchase agreement with a single institutional investor for the sale of 1,657,460 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase up to 3,314,920 shares of common stock. The combined price per share is $3.62, with the closing of the offering expected to occur on December 5, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. The warrants will have an exercise price of $3.62 per share and expire five years from the initial exercise date.
