Cycuity Appoints Bill Reaves to Board of Directors

Cycuity, a hardware security solutions provider, has appointed Bill Reaves to its Board of Directors. Reaves has over four decades of technical and leadership experience in the semiconductor industry, including stints at Marvell and Intel. He will help guide the company's growth and expansion as Cycuity continues to develop its Radix technology to address hardware security challenges in the industry.

Cycuity, Inc., a leader in hardware security solutions, has appointed Bill Reaves to its Board of Directors, effective September 1, 2025. Reaves brings over four decades of technical and leadership experience in the semiconductor industry, including stints at Marvell and Intel [1].

Reaves, who recently retired as Vice President of Central Engineering Operations at Marvell, will help guide Cycuity's growth and expansion. At Marvell, he oversaw global initiatives in emulation, system modeling, SDL (Security Development Lifecycle), third-party intellectual property (3PIP), research and development collaboration, and mergers and acquisitions integration [1]. Prior to Marvell, Reaves spent over two decades at Intel, where he held leadership positions that encompassed flash memory technology, pre-silicon verification, post-silicon validation, and custom processor development [1].
