CVG Appoints Ari Levy to Board of Directors to Drive Long-Term Value Creation

Commercial Vehicle Group (CVG) has appointed Ari Levy to its Board of Directors, expanding the board to seven members. Levy is the founder and CEO of Lakeview Investment Group, which owns approximately 8.9% of CVG's outstanding shares. Levy will serve on the Nominating, Governance and Sustainability, and Audit Committees. CVG and Lakeview have entered into a support agreement containing customary standstill provisions. Levy will stand for re-election at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
