CVB Financial Corp. and Heritage Commerce Corp. Shareholders Approve Proposed Merger

CVB Financial Corp. and Heritage Commerce Corp. have announced that their shareholders have approved the proposed merger. The deal is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The combined company will have over $15 billion in total assets and operate under the Citizens Business Bank name. Heritage Bank of Commerce will be a subsidiary of CVB Financial Corp. after the merger.
