CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Cushman & Wakefield has announced the addition of Jordan McCarley as Executive Vice Chair of the Carolinas Institutional Multifamily Advisory team. With nearly two decades of experience in the Carolinas, McCarley will lead the team alongside Blake Okland, Paul Marley, and Alex McDermott. His extensive background in multifamily investment advisory services and his involvement in over 700 transactions valued at more than $20 billion make him a significant asset to the team.

McCarley, who began his career with a Cushman & Wakefield legacy company, rejoins the firm as part of the Carolinas Institutional Multifamily team’s industry-leading platform. He is excited about the opportunity to contribute to the firm’s growth in the multifamily advisory business in the Sunbelt and across its platform. We have a great multifamily advisory team, and adding Jordan just makes it that much stronger. With the depth and breadth of our capabilities, we are primed to offer our clients the best advice and build on our position as multifamily capital markets leader in the region.”
