Cumulus Media and Rumble announce a strategic partnership to tap into the evolution of podcasting and video in the media landscape. The collaboration will unlock new opportunities across Cumulus Media's Westwood One and Cumulus Podcast Network, and Rumble.com. The partnership aims to expand distribution of content from both companies, create new advertising opportunities, and provide exclusive multi-platform solutions.

Cumulus Media and Rumble have announced a multi-faceted strategic partnership aimed at leveraging the evolving landscape of podcasting and video content. The collaboration, which was officially announced on August 5, 2025, seeks to unlock new opportunities across both companies' platforms, including Cumulus Media’s Westwood One and Cumulus Podcast Network, and Rumble.com.

Under the agreement, Rumble and Westwood One will work together to maximize advertising opportunities for brand partners. This collaboration will involve packaging assets across each portfolio to create unique and exclusive multi-platform solutions. Additionally, Westwood One will distribute audio and video content on Rumble’s video platform, expanding the reach of both companies' content offerings.

The partnership reflects both companies’ commitment to innovation in digital media and their shared vision for the future of creator-driven content and monetization opportunities. Collin Jones, President of Westwood One and EVP of Corporate Strategy & Development at Cumulus Media, stated, “This partnership represents a powerful alignment between two media innovators. By combining our premium podcast inventory with Rumble’s dynamic creator ecosystem, we’re creating a new frontier for host-read advertising that delivers authenticity, scale, and brand safety” [1].

Rumble CEO, Chris Pavloski, added, “We’re excited to partner with Cumulus Media and Westwood One to bring advertisers closer to the creators and audiences they care about. This collaboration allows us to create new monetization opportunities for our creators while offering brands a trusted and effective way to connect with engaged communities” [1].

Cumulus Media, an audio-first media company, delivers premium content to a quarter billion people every month through 400 owned-and-operated radio stations across 84 markets. It also provides nationally-syndicated sports, news, talk, and entertainment programming through Westwood One and the Cumulus Podcast Network. Rumble, on the other hand, is a high-growth video platform and cloud services provider that aims to restore the internet to its roots by making it free and open.

This strategic partnership is expected to have significant implications for both companies, as well as for advertisers and content creators. By combining their respective strengths in audio and video content, Cumulus Media and Rumble are poised to create new and innovative opportunities for monetization and audience engagement.
