On January 23, the China Securities Regulatory Commission approved the registration of Silicon Electric Semiconductor Equipment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.'s initial public offering. The company plans to list on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's GEM, with an IPO sponsor of China Merchants Securities, and plans to raise RMB555.88 million. The prospectus reveals that Silicon Electric Semiconductor Equipment mainly engages in the research, production, and sales of semiconductor special equipment, focusing on the field of semiconductor probe testing technology, and is a leading manufacturer of probe testing technology series equipment in China. The Company has developed various types of semiconductor equipment with application probe testing technology independently, and its products have been widely used in the manufacturing of integrated circuits, optoelectronic chips, discrete devices, and third-generation compound semiconductor. The Company has become the largest probe station equipment manufacturer in China's mainland, and the first manufacturer to achieve industrialized application of 12-inch wafer probe station equipment in China's mainland, and its products are applied to leading testing and packaging manufacturers and 12-inch chip production lines in China. The Company's wafer probe station equipped with its independently developed optical testing module has been applied to several leading optoelectronic chip manufacturing companies in China, meeting the equipment needs for the testing link of Mini/MicroLED chips in the new generation of display technology. Based on the Company's accumulation in the field of probe testing technology and experience in the semiconductor special equipment industry, the Company has developed and mass-produced other semiconductor special equipment such as sorting machines, exposure machines, and AOI inspection equipment.
