Brianna "Bri" Stern, a model and crypto influencer, has filed a civil lawsuit in Los Angeles against Andrew Tate, a controversial internet personality. Stern alleges that Tate assaulted her at the Beverly Hills Hotel on March 11. The lawsuit, which has not been publicly confirmed by the Beverly Hills police, accuses Tate of sexual assault, battery, and gender violence during their 10-month relationship. Stern's allegations were shared on social media, where she detailed the events leading up to the assault and her subsequent medical diagnosis of "Post-Concussion Syndrome."
Stern's lawsuit seeks unspecified statutory and punitive damages. Tate's legal representatives from McBride Law have dismissed the suit as a "blatant cash grab" and a "desperate attempt" to exploit their client. Stern will be represented by Buzbee Law, a firm known for representing alleged victims of high-profile figures such as Sean "Diddy" Combs.
Stern's involvement with Tate began when she was promoting her Solana-based meme coin, SISTER, and was recruited for Tate's own crypto project, DADDY. During an interview with Rug Radio content creator Michael "ThreadGuy" Jerome, Tate criticized the "degen culture" behind crypto, describing it as "infantile, asinine."
Stern claims that what started as consensual sex turned violent when Tate began verbally degrading, choking, and beating her. She sought medical attention at a New York hospital after the incident. Tate, a 38-year-old former kickboxer, is also facing separate rape and human trafficking charges in Romania with his brother Tristan.
