CrowdStrike Q3 Results Reaffirm Strong Growth, But Shares Remain Overvalued

CrowdStrike reported Q3 revenue of $1.23bn, a 22% YoY increase, with annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth of 23% YoY to $4.92bn. The company's non-GAAP operating income rose to $264.6m, and free cash flow came in at $295.9m. Management expects Q4 revenue between $1.29bn and $1.30bn and full-year revenue of $4.8bn to $4.81bn, representing 20% to 22% growth YoY. Despite strong performance, the stock's valuation is considered high, and expectations may be too high.
