CRESUD is issuing Series XLIX Notes with a principal amount of USD 31,306,845. The notes have a 7.25% interest rate and mature on September 2, 2027. The issuance and settlement date is September 2, 2025. The notes are priced at 100% of face value and will make semiannual interest payments starting March 2, 2026. The principal will be repaid in bullet form at maturity.
