Crescent Energy has sold its non-operated DJ Basin assets to an unnamed private buyer for $90 million in cash. This sale is part of the company's previously announced non-core divestiture program. The assets being sold include a 7% working interest in 33 producing wells and 240,000 net acres of leasehold across 12 counties in Colorado. The sale is expected to close in the second half of 2023.
