Credicorp Announces New Directors, Reelection of Six, and Committee Composition

Credicorp Ltd. has appointed three new directors and re-elected six existing directors. The new directors, María Inés Álvarez, Juan Paredes Manrique, and Manuel Romero Valdez, will serve until March 2029.
