Cousins Properties Incorporated declined 1.03% intraday, with the company reporting a key measure of profitability in its second quarter, meeting Wall Street expectations. The Atlanta-based real estate investment trust said it had funds from operations of $117.5 million, or 70 cents per share, in the period. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for funds from operations of 70 cents per share.
