CRWV--
CoreWeave's construction at a Denton, Texas site was delayed due to summer storms, forcing the company to push back its completion date for a 260-megawatt AI computing cluster. CoreWeave's CEO attributed the issues to "systemic challenges," while the CFO clarified that the delays were related to a specific data center provider. The company lowered its capital expenditure guidance for 2025 to $12-14 billion and narrowed its revenue guidance to $5.05-5.15 billion. CoreWeave has lost nearly $33 billion in market capitalization since Q4 began.
