Corero Network Security's shares fell 33% after a profit warning and revenue shift towards a subscription-based model. First-half revenue dropped to $10.9mln, down from $12.2mln YoY, with EBITDA swinging to a $1.4mln loss. Full-year revenue is now expected between $24mln and $25.5mln, with EBITDA ranging from breakeven to a $1.5mln loss. The company blames weaker partner performance, macroeconomic uncertainty, and delayed customer decisions for the slower start to the year.
