Cool Company Ltd. has completed its merger with a wholly owned subsidiary of EPS Ventures Ltd., becoming wholly owned by EPS. The merger consideration will be paid to eligible shareholders on or about January 14, 2026. CoolCo expects to be delisted from NYSE and Euronext Growth Oslo and will file a certification to terminate its reporting obligations under Section 13 of the Exchange Act.
