ConocoPhillips rose 2.08% in premarket trading, with the company reporting second-quarter earnings of $1.97 billion, or $1.56 per share, which surpassed Wall Street expectations. The company also announced the sale of its Anadarko Basin assets for $1.3 billion, pushing it past its $2 billion non-core asset disposition target. Additionally, ConocoPhillips declared a Q3 dividend of $0.78 per share and expects Q3 production to be between 2.33 to 2.37 million barrels of oil equivalent per day.
