CollPlant Biotechnologies has agreed to sell 1.6M ordinary shares at $1.25 per share in a registered direct offering. The company will also issue unregistered series A and B warrants to purchase up to 1.6M ordinary shares each. The offering is expected to raise approximately $2M and close on or about February 6, subject to customary closing conditions. H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the exclusive placement agent for the offering.
