CNEY--
CN Energy Group has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of Blessing Logistics Ltd., an oil trading company in Alberta, for USD $2.0 million. The acquisition is expected to close on or before March 31, 2026, subject to customary conditions. Blessing Logistics was founded in 2015 and is registered with the Alberta Energy Regulator.
