ClearOne has entered into a definitive agreement to sell certain assets to Biamp Systems, a global provider of professional audio-visual solutions. The asset sale includes intellectual property, product inventory, and customer data. Assets excluded from the sale include the books and records of the ClearOne parent company and product warranty and support operations. The transaction was completed on October 24, and ClearOne will continue to exist as a public company.
