Clara Technologies clarifies disclosures at the BCSC's request, clarifying that the Australian software firm for its Sales Buddi platform is Code Heroes Pty Ltd and that Sales Buddi is currently not incorporating quantum computing. The company also clarifies its recent press releases and warns investors about unrelated third-party promotional activities, including speculative articles from Guardian Globe and Global Gazette.

Vancouver, BC – July 2, 2025 – Clara Technologies Corp. has released an updated disclosure statement at the request of the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC). The company seeks to clarify statements made in its July 7 news release and warn investors about unrelated third-party promotional activities.

Clara Technologies, based in Vancouver, BC, has engaged Code Heroes Pty. Ltd., an Australian software firm, for a 14-month strategic development relationship focused on building out its Sales Buddi platform. The company also clarified that its Sales Buddi mobile application is now available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Despite minimal technical issues, the app has seen encouraging initial user adoption. Clara Technologies has not yet initiated any sales or marketing activities for Sales Buddi.

The company's recent press releases referred to Sales Buddi as an "artificial-intelligence-powered mobile sales coaching platform," "Quantum AI Sales platform," "AI-powered," and "quantum enhanced AI." However, Clara Technologies has clarified that the current version of Sales Buddi incorporates artificial-intelligence technology but not quantum computing. Quantum computing is still in development and is not yet incorporated in Sales Buddi. The company plans to integrate quantum computing once it becomes commercially viable.

The BCSC made Clara Technologies aware of two articles published by Guardian Globe and Global Gazette, which included speculative statements about quantum computing and Sales Buddi. The articles did not include important disclosures typically found in the company's official materials. Clara Technologies believes these articles may be misleading to investors and disclaims any responsibility for their content.

Clara Technologies has not been involved in the creation, dissemination, or payment for these articles. The company strongly discourages investors from relying on third-party materials not sourced from official disclosures filed on SEDAR+ or authorized newswire distribution channels. Investors are encouraged to consult licensed investment professionals and rely only on the company's official filings and news releases when making investment decisions.

To date, Clara Technologies has not engaged in any promotional, marketing, or investor relations activities. The company seeks Safe Harbor.
