Citi upgraded its holdings in Microsoft (MSFT.US), Apple (AAPL.US) and other tech giants in Q2, and the NASDAQ 100 ETF looks for bearish options to be a new darling.

According to the disclosure of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the United States Bank (BAC.US) has filed its second quarter holding report (13F) as of June 30, 2024.

According to statistics, the total market value of US Bancorp's holdings is about $111.3 billion in the second quarter, up 3.69% from the previous quarter, which was $107.0 billion.

US Bancorp added 956 stocks to its investment portfolio, increased holdings of 3,879 stocks, reduced holdings of 2,908 stocks, and sold 445 stocks. The top ten holdings accounted for 16.97% of the total market value.

In the top five large holdings, Microsoft (MSFT.US) ranked first, with holdings of about 689.143 million shares, market value of about $30.813 billion, accounting for 2.72% of the investment portfolio, an increase of 1.82% from the previous quarter.

Apple (AAPL.US) ranked second, with holdings of 123 million shares, market value of $25.832 billion, accounting for 2.28% of the investment portfolio, an increase of 50.33% from the previous quarter.

Nvidia (NVDA.US) ranked third, with holdings of 206 million shares, market value of $25.441 billion, accounting for 2.25% of the investment portfolio, an increase of 8.75% from the previous quarter.

QQQ.US, PUT, the S&P 100 ETF bearish option ranked fourth, with holdings of 4112.91 million shares, market value of $19.705 billion, accounting for 1.74% of the investment portfolio, an increase of 6.50% from the previous quarter.

VTV.US, Vanguard Value Stock ETF ranked fifth, with holdings of 115 million shares, market value of $18.481 billion, accounting for 1.63% of the investment portfolio, an increase of 3.05% from the previous quarter.

From the change in holding ratio, the top five buying stocks are: Apple, Nvidia, Amazon, Google, and QQQ.US, PUT, the S&P 100 ETF bearish option.

The top five selling stocks are: IVV.US, IWM.US, UNH.US, MCD.US, and CMCSA.US.
