CION Investment Corporation reported Q4 net investment income of 35 cents per share, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 39 cents. Net investment income for 2025 was $1.78 per share, also missing the estimate. Total investment income declined 7.1% YoY, while total operating expenses decreased 9.1% YoY. Total investments at fair value were $1.70 billion, with a portfolio composition of 80.8% senior secured first lien. Non-accruals increased to 1.78% of fair value.
