CINNO Research: The overall price of mobile panel in November remains flat
CINNO Research published that in November, due to the promotion activities of "Double Eleven" in China and "Black Friday" in foreign countries, combined with the recent release of new mobile phone models by multiple mobile phone brands, the demand for smartphone terminals continued to rebound, driving the upstream panel market to show a good trend, and the overall price will remain stable, and the price of some special technical mobile panel will go down. a-Si: The overall demand for a-Si panels in November remains high, especially the demand from brands continues to be strong, and the price of a-Si cells from panel makers remains stable, and the module price is expected to stabilize after hitting the bottom. LTPS: The LTPS production line benefits from the electric vehicle subsidy policies issued in various places, leading to an increase in upstream automotive panel demand and a slight improvement in utilization rate, while the demand for mobile phone applications remains sluggish, and the price will continue to decline. AMOLED: The price of rigid AMOLED panels is expected to remain stable in the short term; while the overall demand for flexible AMOLED panels shows signs of recovery, on the one hand, it is driven by the launch of new models from multiple brands, and on the other hand, due to the adjustment of domestic brands' strategies, the original rigid orders flowing to Samsung are continuously shifting to domestic flexible production lines, leading to the continuous full production and operation of multiple leading production lines. In this context, ensuring timely delivery to meet market demand has become the top priority for major manufacturers, and the price of flexible AMOLED panels is also expected to remain stable. CINNO Research predicts that a-Si panels will maintain a low price without further decline in November and December; the price of LTPS panels will continue to decline; and the price of rigid/flexible AMOLED panels will remain stable in the short term.
