CIF's Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹0.70 per share (35%) on the equity shares of the company, subject to the approval of the members. This is in addition to the interim dividend of ₹1.30 per share (65%) declared for the financial year 2024-25 on January 31, 2025 [1].
