"China Busts Virtual Currency Scam: 'Funds Quick Hitting' Scheme Unveiled"

The Public Security Bureau of Shaoyang County in China has recently cracked a case involving a "Funds Quick Hitting" scheme related to virtual currency. The Criminal Investigation Brigade of the bureau received a tip-off about a large sum of money being withdrawn in Wufengpu Town, Shaoyang County, which was suspected to be linked to fraudulent activities.

Acting swiftly, the investigating police arrested a suspect named Wu, who confessed to his involvement in the scheme. Wu admitted to providing his bank card to fraudsters in exchange for profit. He then converted the illicit funds into virtual currency and transferred them to the upper-level criminal suspect.
