The board has also instructed that photographs or recordings of the flag-hoisting ceremony, along with the name and location of the institution and the names of participants, be sent within half an hour via the Waqf Board's online portal or WhatsApp group. This is to ensure compliance and proper documentation of the celebrations [4].

Chairman Salim Raj has stated that those who refuse to hoist the flag will be seen as not loving the country. He has emphasized that the initiative is as much about dispelling mistrust as it is about celebrating the spirit of Independence Day [4].
