Chevrolet Corvette Z06, ZR1 Recall Issued Over Fire Risk While Refueling

General Motors has issued a recall for 2023-2026 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 and ZR1 models in North America due to a potential fuel fire risk while refueling. Excess fuel spilled into the fuel filler pocket during refueling may leak onto an ignition source, increasing the risk of a fire. Owners are advised to follow the fueling instructions in their owner's manual and avoid overfilling the tank. A remedy is being developed to divert spilled fuel away from the engine.
