Charter Communications Raises $3 Billion in Senior Unsecured Notes Offering

Charter Communications has priced $3.0 billion in senior unsecured notes, consisting of $1.75 billion 2033 Notes with a 7.000% interest rate and $1.25 billion 2036 Notes with a 7.375% interest rate. The proceeds will be used to repay debt, fund stock buybacks, and pay fees and expenses. The notes will be sold to qualified institutional buyers in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S. The offering is subject to market conditions and is expected to close on January 13, 2026.
