Charter and Comcast have entered into a multi-year agreement with T-Mobile to utilize its network for mobile services to business customers in the US, starting in 2026. The partnership will leverage T-Mobile's advanced mobile network through a long-term Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) relationship, expanding Charter's and Comcast's leadership in delivering wireline and wireless offerings. Mobile services will be offered under the Spectrum Mobile for Business and Comcast Business Mobile brands.
Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) and Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ: CMCSA) have announced a multi-year exclusive agreement with T-Mobile US, Inc. (NASDAQ: TMUS) to leverage T-Mobile's advanced 5G network for mobile services to their business customers across the United States. The partnership, which will commence in 2026, involves a long-term Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) relationship, enabling Charter and Comcast to expand their leadership in delivering wireline and wireless offerings.
Under this agreement, Charter and Comcast will offer mobile services under the Spectrum Mobile for Business and Comcast Business Mobile brands, respectively. This collaboration aims to provide business customers with a premium 5G mobile network experience, combining gig-powered internet and superior WiFi service with top-tier mobile connectivity.
Omar Tazi, T-Mobile EVP and Chief Product and Digital Officer, expressed satisfaction with the partnership, stating, "T-Mobile is pleased to work with Charter and Comcast to deliver their U.S. business customers connectivity on the mobile network with more new customer growth than any other network over the past five years." This agreement complements T-Mobile's existing offerings and expands the reach of its network to more business customers.
Edward Zimmermann, President, Comcast Business, highlighted the strategic importance of the partnership, "Our capital-light partnership with T-Mobile further strengthens our growth strategy in wireless for business customers and provides them exceptional value."

Since introducing their mobile services in 2017 and 2018, respectively, Charter and Comcast have collectively grown to more than 18 million residential and business mobile lines. This new agreement will focus solely on providing wholesale mobile connectivity to Charter’s and Comcast’s business customers, while their existing long-term MVNO partnership will continue to support residential and current business customers.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Charter Communications, Inc. is a leading broadband connectivity company and cable operator with services available to more than 57 million homes and businesses in 41 states through its Spectrum brand. Comcast Corporation is a global media and technology company delivering world-class broadband, wireless, and video services through various brands, including Xfinity, Comcast Business, and Sky.
