Chaozhou Three-Circle, a Chinese manufacturer of electronic ceramic components, has set Hong Kong IPO price at HK$100.30 per share, according to an exchange filing. The company is offering 71.4 million H shares, with 7.1 million reserved for Hong Kong investors and 64.2 million for international buyers. The offering includes an overallotment option, allowing for additional shares to be issued to stabilize early trading.

The IPO is expected to price on July 7, 2026, with allocation results announced the following day and trading set to begin on July 9. Proceeds from the offering will be used to expand manufacturing capacity overseas, fund automation projects in Thailand and Germany, and support research and development and working capital needs.

The deal has attracted significant institutional backing, with 17 cornerstone investors, including Temasek and Alibaba Investment, committing to purchase $455 million worth of shares. The IPO is also the latest in a strong year for Hong Kong’s capital markets, which raised HK$110.4 billion in the first quarter of 2026.
