The decentralized insurance platform was selected after a rigorous evaluation of over 25 submissions received between July 18 and July 28. ChainSure operates as a community-owned mutual insurance platform on BNB Chain, where policyholders stake premiums into on-chain pools and govern claims through a smart contract-powered jury. The project was awarded $7,000 USDT in cash, a $50,000 Kickstart Package, and a Demo Opportunity, underscoring its potential to drive innovation in the DeSoc (Decentralized Social) space[1].

Since its inception, the BNB Hack program has received over 200 submissions from builders around the world. Utilizing a bi-weekly evaluation system, the initiative has recognized nine winners and 50 Honourable Mentions to date. Participants benefit from monetary rewards, technical support, and ongoing ecosystem engagement, which are designed to help accelerate the real-world deployment of their projects. In the latest batch, 12 additional projects were awarded Honourable Mentions, highlighting the growing diversity of solutions across AI, DeSoc, DeSci (Decentralized Science), and DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks) categories[1].

Among the notable Honourable Mentions in the AI Track were Helix, an autonomous AI trading agent that executes real-time, strategy-driven trades on BNB Chain, and AI Chronicle, a 24/7 AI news agency that verifies and stores articles on-chain to ensure transparency. In the DeSoc Track, Consent Wallet, a blockchain-based digital consent management wallet, was recognized for its approach to individual control over digital trust relationships. Another standout, Concordia, is a group savings dApp built on opBNB that enables transparent fund pooling for shared financial goals. The DePIN Track featured CivicLedger360, a decentralized civic enforcement platform focused on road safety in India, and Plantera, an environmental monitoring network that rewards contributors for real-time data sharing. The DeSci Track included VA-2, a blockchain-powered platform that analyzes genetic variants and mints the results as Genome NFTs on BNB Chain, facilitating a decentralized genomic research marketplace[1].

BNB Hack remains open to developers at all stages, offering cash prizes of up to $10,000, a $50,000 Kickstart Package, and potential inclusion in demo events.
